Trevor has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2015. A CSCS is a professional who applies scientific knowledge to train and write programs for athletes with the primary goal of improving athletic performance. This is a step above what is required of most personal trainers. Trevor has also received past certifications as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a CrossFit Weightlifting Coach. Trevor has worked with general population to athletes of all levels; from recreational lifters, to high school athletes, to college and professional/Olympic levels. Besides having been weight training for over 10 years, Trevor used to be a competitive soccer player for 10 years as well. Additionally, Trevor has achieved his Black Belt in Krav Maga having trained for 12 years and counting, and has also trained for several years in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, and Tae Kwon Do. Having an athletic background helps him bring more knowledge into his training for all levels; athletes, those with injuries, and different age groups.
