• Guided Open Gym

    These hours always have an instructor present to coach and answer questions. Programming and individualization is included. In these sessions you can learn lifts like the squat, bench, and deadlift and their variations. Or you can improve your conditioning and cardiovascular performance. The goal is always to improve functionality, athleticism, and health no matter how you choose to train. Group size is always capped to ensure quality for our members.

  • Open Gym

    This time has no coach on staff but does have someone present at the gym. This is time for you to show up and train outside of the guided hours or just fit in a quick session. If you missed a guided session that you wanted to get to, the workouts will still be on the board for you to make up if you choose. These sessions will have limited spots to ensure free use of equipment.

  • Private Training Sessions

    Get everything individualized for your specific goals. Whether you are looking for sports performance training with some teammates, one-on-one attention, or just specific technique adjustments, private sessions are the option to get it done your way. Spots are limited and fill up fast!

  • Sauna Room

    Need a more restorative day? Try a 30 minute sauna session! We have two sauna booths available for reservation throughout the week. The red light and near infrared therapy is effective at improving cardiovascular, immune, and cognitive health. Sit or Stand, sweat, and unwind.
